How plans apply to groups, messages, and billing changes.
Owned-group limits, member capacity, Explicit Messaging, and group AI context follow the group owner’s plan. Not each member’s personal plan.
Human message character limits follow each sender’s personal plan.
Existing groups and messages survive a downgrade. Excess owned groups may become restricted without deletion until you are within the new limit.
Plus ↔ Pro switches are immediate with Stripe proration. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; paid benefits continue until then.
Private, group, and overall AI limits reset on a rolling 24-hour window. Overall AI is a combined ceiling, not an extra allowance on top of private and group sublimits.
